Sophomore Eric Jenkins was the first member of the Northeastern cross country program to compete at the NCAA Championship since 1993 (Erik Nedeau) and bettered nearly three quarters of the 252-man field on Monday at the LaVern Gibson Championship Course in Terre Haute, Ind.
